Actions do speak louder than words
Like Jeanne said, Actions do speak louder than words and I have yet to receive any emails this week. As I mentioned before I will not make exceptions for any one person. However for this week I will give EVERYONE an extension to get me their emails by Monday evening. This is a one time exception in the event that everyone does not have my email address. If you don't have my email address, please let me know. Also, when you give me your starting weight, please let me know if you wish to keep that information private.

im kinda out of this whole comp thing! Im having troubles keeping up! So Stephanie what e-mail am i suppose to send you? I will as soon as I know what to put in it! Im sorry im being so dumb, like i said i have lot on my mind and its been difficult for me to keep up on everything and remember all im suppose to!!!
