I just wanted to send out a clarification with the contest. The points that you all will be counting each week are JUST FOR EXERCISE. We will count additional points for pounds lost at the very end since weight fluctuates weekly. So there will only be two weigh in's. The first one that you all should have sent me by now and the final weigh in on Dec 20th. You can continue to weigh yourself in between but there is no need to send that info to us. All we need is your points from your physical activity.
Additionally, please keep in mind that when you go to the gym for an hour or so, if 20 min (for example) is for changing clothes, stretching, or long rest periods, etc. you should not be including that to give your 30 min increment. Again, this is all on the honor system so you can make the judgment on how much time you spent with your heart rate elevated.
