Challenge to all!

I am challenging all of you who are part of this to make a post this week telling what you do that helps you achieve your goals OR what stops you from doing things to reach your goal.
Mine is afternoons, I am usually really tired at that time of day and I just want to sit on a chair and read a good book or watch something on TV. But the problem is that once I sit, that is all I want to do. Then next thing I know the evening is over and I have done nothing. One thing that helps me is if there is nothing to watch on TV. So right now is a bad time, since there is baseball playoffs, Amazing Race, Survivor, Dancing with the Stars, football, and even pre-season basketball. What is a girl to do????
