Okay, first off this is Tyler. I am trying to be motivated to lose some weight and get in shape. Usually what stops me is that even when I set my alarm for 6, I still wake up and turn off the alarm and sleep an additional 30 minutes. At night I get home to late and spend my time playing with Spencer (which could be considered exercise, although I don't count it.). I then eat dinner and then get on the computer, watch TV or read a book. I have decided some things that might help me to exercise is to set up a time to exercise with someone else. Like tomorrow I am going to go running with one of my bosses, who happens to live down the street. This is pretty good motivation because one I know someone is counting on me to be there. The second reason is because he is one of my bosses, I don't want him to get mad at me for failing to show up. So hopefully that will help.
Another tactic I am going to try, since I really like candy is I will not eat any candy, unless I have worked out that day. So wish me luck, I wish you all luck as well.
