Just a Quick Tip

Everyone has made some really great points but one thing I think we've failed to mention is: STRETCHING. Stretching is probably one of the most important things to do before and after you exercise. It may sound like common sense but as someone very wise once said, 'common sense isn't so common.' ;) It helps avoid injury and loosens your muscles for a smoother, more beneficial workout. So sorry if the response to this is: "DUH, Bianka. [insert rolling of eyes here]" I just felt it important to reiterate.
